Thank you for purchasing the Verdmo V.001! This is a super easy to use and reliable sensor that looks and works great. It's also extremely easy to setup!
Step 1: Open the top of the sensor (the cap) exposing the battery.
Step 2: Remove the clear plastic on top of the battery.
Step 3: Replace the white plastic cap over the battery.
Step 4: Begin using your sensor! Press the button to see if your soil needs water or not. Below is a quick outline of the LED colours.
RED: Your soil needs water!
GREEN: Everything is OK!
BLUE: Too much water! This usually happens right after you have watered. Don't worry, let the water soak and drain and soon your sensor will show green.
**We recommend when checking if you need to water to press the button a couple of times in order to avoid false readings from the sensor moving while being pressed.**
